LAWN CARE & MAINTENANCE
We provide regularly scheduled weekly services performed by properly trained professionals. This service includes weekly mowing and trimming of grass areas as well as edging along driveways, concrete walls, and patios every two weeks. Any debris that is caused by us is thoroughly cleaned and removed from the property as well as your grass clippings if you choose.
MULCH & FERTILIZATION:
MULCH enhances the visual appearance of any landscape while adding nutrients and conserving moisture in the soil. Prevents, controls and eliminates weeds. Using Organic Mulch improves fertility and the health of the soil.
Can be applied to bare soil or around existing plants.
FERTILIZATION feeds the soil by giving it extra nutrients which improves the texture and water retention properties of the lawn.
Fertilizing your lawn regularly promotes a thick healthy green lawn with a ratio of nutrients to keep your lawn looking its best. Regular applications is important to control and combat weeds.
Organic Fertilization is an alternative to chemical fertilizers, These products are all natural free from side effects caused by overuse of chemicals. They are safe for Humans and Pets. It is environmentally non-intrusive. Organic Fertilizers reduce and control weeds, diseases, and pests especially with prolonged use.
Fertilizer applications maintains color, density and vigor of the lawn. If a lawn is healthy it can withstand stress from heat, drought, traffic, and pets. Regular applications will combat weeds, diseases and insects.
WEED AND INSECT CONTROL-
Apply chemical products in a liquid or granular form to prevent, control and eliminate weed and insect problems.
SPRING-we use pre-emergent products which creates a film over the surface of the soil and makes it difficult for weeds to sprout.
Summer- we re-apply herbicide to control and kill the insects and weeds such as clovers, dandelions, chickweed and crabgrass.
Fall- apply a broad-leaf weed control one more time along with herbicides intermittently, if necessary.
If your weeds have already sprouted, don't worry we can apply a post-emergent product which is used to combat weeds after growth.
When applying Fertilizer, Mulch or Chemicals we do so in a sensible and safe manner making sure to use the amount necessary to control the problem. If you have a specific problem, we will spot spray to avoid excessive and unnecessary overuse of chemicals.
SPRING AND FALL CLEANUPS-
Spring & Fall Cleanups are a critical part of landscape maintenance. In the early Spring, it is important to remove any debris or accumulated materials such as brush or thatch to allow your lawn and plants to grow freely and to the best of their potential.

Fall Cleanups is the time to prepare for the cold winter season. You should remove fallen leaves promptly to prevent damage as well as mold and fungus growth. Debris left in beds can cause damage to plant and shrub root systems.

Initial Mowing: Extra charge will apply when grass is at a sufficient length which will cause the first mowing to require extra time than usual.
Initial Edging: Extra charge will apply due to requiring more time than usual.
